Help - Weird Symptoms

So this was our first month TTC. I got my period 9 days early (I never get early periods)! It's a medium heavy brown flow (no clots). Today is the 3rd day, the flow is lighter somehow, but I still have tender fuller boobs (which I usually don't have during my period), had a terrible headache yesterday and a nosebleed when blowing (never happened to me), and had some nausea. Is there anything I should worry about??
