PCOS?

So last night I came home this is CD 44 no sign of AF took a test it came up negative so I said whateves and threw it away. something told me to look again and when I did BFP. OMG I was so excited. I work in a hospital so I told myself take another test in the morning to confirm and when I did BFN I couldn't believe it so.I took another, BFN dammit what the heck. So I wasn't sure if I should make an appointment or not but the receptionist said yes come in. They made me do another pee test and yet another BFN

So we are thinking blood work is the way to go but The Dr starts talking to me and I know he's brining up all the PCOS questions. I have another fasting test and ultrasound on Monday but now I'm depressed and terrified. I'm so scared I may never be a mommy. Anyone out there willing to share there stories about how the handled the diagnosis.
