I think she is overreacting, you're 14, its not like your 5, even if you're 5 its okay because its just cuddles, and I think kissing alright aswell but if its other stuff I can see why ur mum doesnt like it. Try talk to her about it x

Everyone likes to cuddle. As long as you are just cuddling that shouldn’t be a problem. I cuddled with my boyfriend at 14 and my moms only rule was keep it age appropriate (meaning no sex or inappropriate touching)

I stopped inviting my partner over to my mothers because she'd say the same thing, it made me feel uncomfortable knowing that my mother thinks I'm being sexual when I'm just cuddling or assumes my partner is being sexual~ i just go to the partners home because we actually have privacy to cuddle~
