Irregular Cycles
Hey Everyone,
Has anyone taken progesterone to help regulate your irregular cycles? I was just wondering what your experiences have been. I went from a 45-50+ day cycle to all of a sudden a 22 day cycle this time. I was totally caught off guard. Anyone have a similar experience or have experience with progesterone in general? Thanks everyone!
