I️ wouldn’t say they destroyed it. I️ do think that it was much easier for their generation to make a living starting from scratch than mine. It’s unfair when some baby boomers blame millennials for not having what they consider to be enough ambition when ambition is only the tip of the iceberg.

No. What they inherited wasn’t great to begin with. That said a lot of our current economic, environmental, and social woes can be laid on their shoulders.

No they just learned the behavior of their parents who were ultra conservative right wing christians. The children of the baby boomers were the first to rebel.  Bless you Gen X.

Looking at history, things are pretty cyclical. There have been generations like the baby boomers, gen x, and millennials before, and probably will be again. Our country has survived them, and if we learn from our history, it will continue to. Technology changes, but people don't.
