How should I️ approach this guy?

There’s this guy I️ missed the boat with big time. I️ couldn’t hu with him bc I️ kept getting turned off by hooking up with him but I️ have soooo many feelings for him. So, I️ waited till he got a gf so he can be experienced, but he still is with her and now every time I️ see him I️ wanna cry and like hit something and I’ve just been ignoring him and hes getting pissed off. I️ need to approach him and accept it and be friends with him but idk how. What should I️ say? My true feelings? That everything’s fine?
