Do you ever feel guilty?

Do any of you expectant mommies ever feel bad for giving into cravings?? Please explain below!
I swear I've had the worst junk food cravings, fried chicken and Dr.Pepper being the main ones. Of course I dont let myself have those things every day, but I have given into them more than what I wanted and have felt completely guilty about it. Who all is in the same boat??

I'm either Nauseous and gagging or starving. When I feel like eating, I eat. It makes up for all the times I can't. Haha.

I'm in the same boat. Nauseated, only craving pizza, burgers, fried foods! This week I was determined to COOK healthier meals and stop eating out! I've done ok. I'm eating a Slim Jim as we speak 😁

My baby should be happy I'm able to get any calories! Plus cravings usually happen for a reason. I craved steak probably because I needed a little red meat. That was the only craving I regretted because that was the closest I came to vomiting this whole pregnancy.

In the first trimester it really doesn't matter too much. Just take your prenatal and you'll be fine! Just avoid foods that can cause bacterial infection like soft cheese and raw fish.

I've been really sick so if I have a craving for something and I can get it down I go for it. I intend on eating healthy but right now I'm just eating what I can, when I can. I don't feel guilty. With both of my girls I craved cheeseburgers, my iron was low both times so I think that's why I was craving the red meat cause it's good for iron.  I ate the burgers when I wanted them lol. I didn't gain much weight with either of them so it was all good in the end.
