Pre-Seed and Femara

Anyone get a BFP using Pre-Seed along with fertility meds? I got pregnant on my 3rd cycle of fertility meds with timed intercourse but it ended in an early mc. IUI last cycle failed. Debating on doing another IUI or trying Pre-Seed with timed intercourse. Husbands SA: 26 million, 2% morphology, volume on low side but exact volume not given to me, and was told motility is good. At a loss of what to do or try at this point 🙁
