Confused

So according to picture I am not due for my period till next week but I just went pee and there was light pink blood in the toilet and on the TP.

Did my period come early?? Or is it implantation bleeding??

I don’t want to get my hopes up for nothing :( and if not I don’t want to just let it go Incase it’s something else.

Update: cramps are starting to start. I’m pretty sure I just started early :,(
