When did you do IVF again after Ectopic pregnancy?

I just had surgery last Sunday due to an ectopic pregnancy. I lost my left ovary and both tubes. I'm still in pain and go in Monday to my obgyn and will ask them when we should go back to the fertility specialist.. just  Wondering if any other ladies out there went through this and how long did you wait?

@Ashley thank you for thinking of me! I'm doing ok. I had my follow up with my obgyn today and should be ok in about 2 weeks and they said if we wanted to try again we can after 6 weeks. I think we will wait until February or March though. Pretty traumatic experience... but I think getting your tubes removed is hard on your body too! I had a c section with my first and I recovered so much easier than I am with this. 
How are you doing? Did your FET result in a BFP?

I just wanted to check on you as to how you are feeling. I don’t have any information about ectopics specifically, but I’d imagine as soon as your HCG is down to zero and your body is healed it would be safe to try again. We did a FET one month after I had surgery to remove my tubes - but it was scheduled and obviously not nearly as traumatic.
