Lump = Ovulation?

Sensitive lump between my underarm/side of breast. I’ve been to the doctor and he confirmed it is nothing to worry about - just hormone related.

Usually comes just before AF. Just wondering if anyone else gets this at at all. And if so whether it can also happen after ovulation...

Can’t tell if I’m having a really short cycle or if it’s the ovulation hormones triggering it...
