Can your period be late after losing virginity?

I've always had an irregular period usually 1-2 weeks late or it will skip a month. I lost my virginity 2 weeks ago but we used a condom. My period was supposed to start today but hasn't should I be worried?

if you used protection and said your cycles not regular anyways I wouldn't be worried. beginning sexual activity changes things.

If it’s an irregular period then you don’t know when you are ovulating. How do you know you are late at all? 
Any time you have sex there is a chance of pregnancy. If you have used protection, then chances are good you are fine. 
Time for birth control. Extra protection and guaranteed regular periods
