Need input plz .....

Ok so my last period was march 8th. All last month in April I didn't have anything. Then on the 2nd I started to spot light light brown lasted till last night today I haven't really noticed any. But it was so little I didn't need to use a pantiliner just noticed it when I wipe. Any ways I took a hpt. From the dollar tree and it was negative.... 😢 I drank sweet tea & bottled water prior . could it have caused a neg result because my urine is diluted due to caffeine??? I've been taking fertility blend and vitex for about 3months. TTC a baby with fiancee we both have a child from previous relationships. I had a mc in June from someone else. I had a d&c also I thought my periods would have regulated but haven't. I'm still irregular..... I would miss one month then spot a day and it would come down as a regular flow but this time it was different. Very light &very little only lasted about 4days... Could I still be pregnant??? Has this happen to anyone before spotted &tested but negative??? Should I wait & test in a few days I need advice plz!!!!!SOMEONE ANSWER ME!!!!
