To All The Soon To Be Mommies All I Have To Say Is If Ppl Tellin You Contractions Not That Bad It Just Feel Like Period Cramps ?! On God They Are LIEING ‼️ This Shit Way Way Way Worst Then Cramps , You Feel Like Your Insides Are Cramped, Tight, Burning All At The Same Time. All You Can Do Is Cuss , Cry or Scream, Some even make you feel like you about to pass out and you can’t breath❗️You Feel Stuck ❗️ It feels like a never ending pain jus shooting at you every so many minutes❗️I feel like I’m dieing and come back to life every time.

The only thing that’s helps me deal with it is walkin slow or 100 showers throughout the day & middle of the night 😖
