Engorgement help
So for the past 24 hours I've been dealing with engorgement on the left. My LO typically only nurses on one side each feeding, I don't want to loose my supply on the right side, but I also don't want to "up" my supply on the left and continue this engorgement. I have pumped a couple times to get relief, and I have nursed him on the left more. Any suggestion are appropriated.
