My Son Is 3 Weeks Old And Already Drinks 3oz

My son is 3 weeks old and is already drinking 3oz (formula) every 1:45/2hrs and sometimes stays wanting more. Hell become fussy, cry, want to be held and let me not forget he chews his hand away. He does not want the pacifier . I want to increase his intake to 3.5oz but i dont know ! How much are your babies eating? When he finishes eating and he does this i usually wait an hr to give him one more oz and he chugs it! At times ill make him wait the hr in a half and just give him a full 3oz wating and he chugs it! I think i have a fatty in my hands.
