Anyone had success with Apetamin syrup?

I want to try it cause I’m struggling with weight so bad since I was young and am 19 weighing 48kg 😭 has anyone had luck with this? I’ve tried eating and mass gainers and nothing has worked.
ALSO; does anyone know where to find it in New Zealand or Sydney, Australia in store??

Never tried it but I watched lots of reviews on YouTube and it works really good, the only downside I hear is it makes you hangry and all you do is sleep and eat. But these girls gained a shit load of weight fast and then get a BBL lol
