blocked tear duct.. second photo

I posted earlier the photo on the top of my daughter's eye and got a ton of replies that it was a blocked tear duct... I'm going to post the bottom picture of what it looks like this evening. There is still some goo forming, and it's puffy and red and keeps watering. is this also a symptom of a blocked tear duct? I am doing the warm compresses like asked and massaging the tear duct in case, wondering if I should take her to doc for some eye drops... ?? I can't tell if it's infected... does this look like pink eye????
