Breakthrough Bleeding?

Anyone experience what is considered breakthrough bleeding the time your period was supposed to be due? I was supposed to start Saturday/Sunday the 11th/12th and yesterday afternoon I had some spotting that went away. Then had a little more in the evening. This morning during a bowel movement I had a little more. The first time yesterday afternoon was with a bowel movement too and I️ have been extremely constipated so straining is definitely happening. I️ wouldn’t say I’ve had any more cramping than normal. I’ve just never noticed any type of spotting with my first pregnant so this is really freaking me out. I’m gong in today for hcg blood draw and then again in 48 hours just to make sure. Was hoping for some positive stories or experiences to try and ease my mind.

First picture is first time spotting with straining bowel movement, second is later in the evening it got heavier, and 3rd pic is this morning with straining bowel movement. Haven’t had any since this morning.
