struggled past few days

so I'm 7 weeks pregnant and yesterday I had a melt down as in tears snot the lot. morning sickness suddenly hit me like a ton of bricks combined that with lack of general appetite in the first place. with my first preganncy (this is baby number 2) I had sickness for most the preganncy but forgot how bad it can be. I suddenly saw another 7 months in front of me feeling like this and panicked almost had a panic attack but my husband quickly calmed me down. anyone else in the same boat?
