Coke had a ton of sugar and artificial crap you don't need unless you want diabetes. Your water intake shouldn't come from soda.

Girl, you really need to cut back on sodas. Do it gradually. If you drink 5 a day, for example, reduce it to three. Then make it 1. Then make yourself drink every other day... etc Drink tea, juice, try puting fruits in your water and some honey or agave. There is also sparking water with fruit flavors they sell at stater bros, kmart, and i think any store if you look for them. It gives you that soda sensation you crave.
