Birth control

Has anyone gotten pregnant while on the pill? My husband and I are going to start TTC next summer as we are going to Greece for his brothers wedding and I don’t want to be preggers while traveling internationally! I was planning on stopping the pill in June! I have been having some weird symptoms like fatigue, headaches, cramping and nausea. Not sure how likely it is to conceive while on the pill, I am very good about taking them on time everyday. Wouldn’t be upset if a miracle did happen ;). Thank you all for the input!
