Pms or implantation??

It's 7 dpo (so it says since this Is my first month with my iud out (had it removed on the nov 1 so not sure if that threw things off) and right now I'm cramping off and on. and also feeling really... frisky.. Which is such an uncommon combination. period due Nov 20... wondering if it's period cramps coming early or implantation cramps... thoughts???
