Facebook blocked

My Boyfriend blocked me from Facebook. He claims he deactivated the account but I know he hasn’t. Honestly, I don’t know what to do. I can’t trust Him. I don’t mind he flirts, I just hate lies. I feel like an idiot. From the beginning I should’ve never trusted him. I got std tested to prove that I had nothing but he never got tested. He claimed he was clean. I feel dirty.

I wanna break up face to face but he’s always at work and can’t find the time to do it. I don’t know what to do
