How to send veterans care packages for the holidays

Does anyone know how I can send care packages to veterans for the holiday season? I tried looking into it and the only thing I could find was that I could send stuff to organizations who then send out care packages but I want to send my own personally! I just need an address or something. I wanted to make it personal, not sending it to a third party who then puts them together and sends them out. Any suggestions?

I don’t have any family in the military besides my grandpa but he doesn’t like talking about it much and I don’t think he’d really know anyways considering he’s in his 70’s and has been out for a while now. But I just wanted to do something special for our veterans this holiday season. So I didn’t know if anyone knows how I go about sending them personally from me. Thank you ladies!
