My hubby had a vasectomy reversal 11 months ago. His sperm analysis in July showed good volume and slightly low count but poor motility and morphology. His endocrinologist has previously had him in testosterone injections for low testosterone and His urologist felt these results were a direct result of the testosterone he was taking. His urologist immediately had him discontinue injections and put him on Clomid. He's been taking a ton of vitamins along with the Clomid. He had his repeat analysis today and it shows zero sperm! How can his results go backwards?! We are waiting for his doc to call him to discuss. Anyone ever experience this? Is there a way to get sperm to return? I'm completely heartbroken. He's been doing everything he can to improve his results.
