Ever felt this way?

Ever felt as if your “SO” Makes time for everyone else including family, but can’t make time for you ? Like.... the only “QT” you get with them is when you’re both “going to bed” feeling as if you guys are more of friends then “Lovers”? Shits really crazy on this I️ swear.... and it’s really pushing me away.

yes i used to feel this with my husband always being on his goddamn phone to friends and family when we were supposed to be spending time together. they would call and text him at all hours, morning day and late at night (10pm or even later). it drove me batshit crazy. especially because he would drop everything (even if we were in the middle of sex) to answer the damn phone. eventually we did sort it out and i made him set some boundaries about the times he will answer non-urgent phone calls. when we were not physically together i felt like last on his priority list because he never dropped everything he was doing to answer my calls and often rejected them because he was "busy" like helping his siblings with something or out with his family visiting relatives etc. when i asked him why he always drops everything to answer other calls but not mine he said its because im "more understanding" if he cant talk immediately. to which i replied "im kind to you so you see that as a reason to waste my time and put me below everyone else?" i think that was a bit of a lightbulb moment for him.

Have you had a serious talk with him about it? If not, it would really help. If yes, what was his answer? Does he have any reasons/excuses?

man I know the feeling but if you love him and you think it's just an oversight on his part you know cuz some people have been single for so long when they get with someone they still have their single ways like spending time with their family and friends so maybe you should let him know hey I'm over here I need some of your attention and see what he does if he doesn't give you the attention it's time to go
