Biotin supplements- TMI
Can taking high doses of biotin supplements cause extreme diarrhea? I have not changed anything in my diet other then limiting myself to drinking soda and taking around 6000 mg of biotin for about three weeks. This entire week my BM have been incredibly watery and extremely yellow. I know, TMI, but if biotin is causing it I'll be eliminating it ASAP.
