Does preseed work?

Im a little over weight.. but I know it has nothing to do with me TTC.. I have one kiddo already almost had a second one.. but it didnt go as planned.. now im trying again.. I need a little help here.. please baby dust ❤

Tried preseed one cycle in October first time used it like 4 days out of my fertile cycle.
Got my BFP at 9dpo
