Yesterday I posted a pregnancy test with my “positive”

Today I woke up to bleeding, I had intercourse with hubby last night to celebrate as we were so excited to finally see 2 lines on a pregnancy test.. I started spotting last night and have been bleeding today, went to the dr and the test there was negative, went for blood work and waiting on results tomorrow. I need some peace of mind to keep me calm until tomorow. Have any of you ladies had this happen and still carried a healthy full term pregnancy ? I think I would be around 4 weeks 2 days going off last period if I am actually pregnant ??
