Nexplanon Removal

So last Monday, the 6th I had my nexplanon removed. I have been TTC since that day. I have had cramps, bloating, diarrhea, I missed my period that was suppose to come after nexplanon was taken out, 4 days late, nausea, strong sense of smell, all last week my cervix was open and had a lot of egg white CM. I understand that I could be having hormonal withdrawals but my doctor said I could become pregnant after having it removed. My period were normal while on nexplanon, so my question is early pregnancy symtoms or nexplanon withdrawal side effects? HELP!
