5 day nosebleed???

For the past 5 days, i've had this nosebleed. blood isn't coming out of my nose at all, but i keep getting painful dried up blood in my nose. anyone have any advice? i know this is common during pregnancy.

If you've never had an issue with allergies or nosebleeds before I'd bring it up to your doctor, but yes I've had sinus issues for most of my life & had more nosebleeds while I was pregnant, especially during winter.

The air around you is probably dry. Maybe use a humidifier or some steam, or maybe a saline spray to help clear it out once in a while.

This is common because the pregnant women has a much higher blood volume than non pregnant women. :) Gums may bleed as well.
