How do you seriously not know?

A girl on my Facebook who I'm acquainted with from school years ago recently shared that she found out she's 7 months pregnant and didn't know. Freaking out asking people to buy her things from her registry...which she literally has all the big things on it like crib, mattress, changing table etc. She posted photos of her "baby bump" a few days later after she found out and she's fucking HUGE. Yes she was a bigger girl to begin with but her stomach and breasts are now sticking out so far there is no damn way she didn't know she was pregnant unless she's just a complete idiot. Now the exact same thing happened to another girl on my FB. 7 months pregnant before she said she knew she was pregnant but she's a tiny skinny girl and she was HUGE. Not to mention she just ignored the fact that she wasn't having periods and she had 3 kid already so how the FUCK did she not know!? I'm really baffled by both incidences. Have any of you been this far along and not known you were pregnant? Do you think these girls are idiots or in denial?

I had a roommate who didn't know she was pregnant for five months. She didn't get periods because they stopped when she took birth control. For some reason pregnancy tests kept coming up negative, too. She thought school was making her sad and fat. She also didn't experience many pregnancy symptoms besides emotional stuff. No morning sickness, nothing. 
Some babies are just sneaky, like ninjas.

I think you’re an idiot tbh. I was 5 months along with both of my pregnancies before I found out I was pregnant. It happens. It isn’t your body so stop name calling others and worry about your own self.

My ex's sister didn't know until days before she gave birth. I don't see how it could be anything but denial. But she was still smoking and drinking and whatnot throughout the whole process. I also don't know how she just ignored that she hadn't had a period in nine months.

I have a co worker whom did not know. She continued having a period and was just tired often which she thought was from working 80 hours a week.

I’d say if they were gaining weight and not having periods, they might be in denial. Or maybe they aren’t very introspective when it comes to their own body.

I knew a girl who really didn’t know until she went into labor. It happens, I don’t think they’re lying. Maybe just not in tune with their body.

sometimea i believe its ddnial. but ive also k own a handful of people that didnt know they were pregnant until about 7-8 months along. 
every woman carries different no matter how many births have happend. some ibe known also had there periods. our bodies do amazing things and sometimes when we dont pay attention to our body signals, things like this are ignored. It is a very crazy thing to wrap our heads around, but this is more commen than we all think!

I understand that sometimes things happen where a woman doesn't know, like if they don't get a tummy or something but if she's small and her stomach and breasts look like a woman about to give birth then she must be in denial for sure.

My mom didn't know that she was pregnant with my little sister until about six months. It happens sometimes and I understand that it seems impossible, but it's absolutely possible. Cut her some slack.
