They are so full 😫
My milk came in yesterday. And I am trying so hard to get the baby on a good feeding schedule but it seems I get engorged way before she wants to eat and if I pump then I have nothing for her and I want her to be eating from me not a bottle. Any tips on emptying successfully ? Or getting a routine down ??
