Should I medically terminate my pregnancy?
So I just found out at 14 weeks pregnant, I have a molar pregnancy with a coexisting life fetus. The baby is 100% healthy. Strong heartbeat, growing right on time. But this mole could potentially lead to cancer and other serious complications during the pregnancy such as preclampsia, thyroid issues, which I've already started having. The high risk doctors are trying to push me to terminate but in my heart I'm having a hard time agreeing too it since the baby is healthy. My original OB told me it would be hard but she'd work with the high risk to make sure I get all the care I need if I decide to continue. My HCG levels are at 640,689. Which they said was the highest they've ever seen. And my thyroid levels are extremely high which my OB told me was treatable with medication. I'm completely clueless as to what to do. Any advice or thoughts are greatly appreciated.
