is it wrong to expect a baby shower?

If everyone got a baby shower in the family, and I didn't, I'd be pissed. But is that wrong of me to just expect it?

I’m in that situation right now too. All my friends and family had showers. Some even had multiple showers like my SIL who had 3 and got tons of stuff. Then came my turn and they talked about a shower for my now 3 year old but didn’t have one. Now I’m 33 weeks and nobody has said a word about a shower for her. It’s disappointing cuz both my girls are rainbow babies, especially this one after losing twins last year. My feelings are pretty hurt 😞 plus money is tight and a few gifts would help for sure. Trying not to let it get to me but it’s hard.

Not really if they have done it for everyone else it would seem like tradition.... I would feel like they didn’t care if everyone else got one from the family and then no one did it for me.
