So when I was little I got a splinter in my finger and didn't tell anyone because I was afraid of getting it tweezed out 🙈 
It turned into something like this. Its a fluid filled pocket that got infected somehow. My dad ended up having to lance it (poke a hole in it, and squeeze out the fluid). Then we took care of it like a normal cut, just watching for any more infection. 
Hopefully that is all it is. Once it was drained, it felt much better! But hurt really bad in the meantime 😖

it's like a pimple but a little painful I was told that it's a way the body gets rid of bad bacteria. My kids have had them I just pinch it a little to put a whole in it so that stuff can drain out of it and put some alcohol on it.
