When do your babies get to sleep and what time do they wake up and how many naps do they and how long during the day?

We start April’s bed routine around 8, bath bottle book if she’s still wide awake and then bed by 9pm. On average she wakes up between 3-4 for a feeding and goes back down until 7am. She’s been fighting her naps lately but usually will take her longest nap at 9am for 2 hours, an hour nap around 2 and a few cat naps in between.

My girl goes to bed at night anywhere between 7-9, it depends on how many naps she’s had that day. Sometimes she will wake up around 1 & 5 to eat, and then other times she sleeps all night and doesn’t wake up until 7am to eat! Usually we get up at 7, sit up until around 11 and she takes a nap until 12, then takes a few 20 minute cat naps throughout the day.

I’ve had the same routine with my baby since he was about 2 months old. Bath time at 730, last bottle at 8 and bed at 830-9pm. He wakes around 3-330am for a bottle then back to sleep till 8-830am. Then he takes about 3 half hour naps a day. His first nap is at 1030 till 11, second nap is at 130pm till 2 and third nap is at 430 till 5. Works for us! It’s usually the same nap times every day. But always asleep by no later than 9pm every night. He’s formula fed and with be 4 months old in a little over a week.

Bedtime is at 7pm sleeps until 12pm had a feed (bf) then wakes up at 5am feeds then up at 7 sometimes if we are lucky she will skip the 5am feed.
She sleeps as and when she wants during the day but usually it's no longer than 30-40 minutes at a time no more then 3 times a day. I never force her stay awake but she only sleeps in her Moses basket at night never during the day: she sleeps in people's arms play mat or bouncy chair x

Ours goes to bed around 9, sleeps til 1-2 then wakes to eat, sleeps til 5-6 and is up for the day. She will take about 4 or 5 naps a day, around an hour each time. Sometimes she sleeps longer and will skip a nap later then. But she’s usually consistent.

I let my baby nap as much as she wants to during the day. Her naps are usually short though, 30 mins to an hour. She gets bath time around 7:30 then bedtime at 8. She usually sleeps till one am, nurses, sleeps till four, nurses, sleeps till 6, nurses then wakes up for the day at 8 am
