Anterior placenta repeat C

Ugh so my doctor won’t talk to me about this until my appointment and I’m freaking out!!! Who has had a successful repeat c section with an anterior placenta! The reason why I️m going with a c section again is because I don’t want an emergency hysterectomy!!! But ugh I read online the risks for an emergency hysterectomy are high with an anterior placenta. Or massive blood loss. I️m so scared. I️m not done having kids and my husband is totally against adopting. I need positive experiences so I can sleep at night.
