Can you wear a tampon during the night whilst you sleep?

I do and have never had a problem. TSS is rare and generally not even associated with tampons. Change it before bed and when you wake up. It is safe to sleep 8 +/- hours with a tampon in.

not the entire night! set an alarm to change it! TSS is real and its dangerous. please don't go a full night without changing it.

I do. I change it right before bed and as soon as I get up in the morning. If I go in the night then I'll change it then. Never had any problems. I even do it when my flo is light. I just use the appropriate tampons

Yes, as long as you don’t sleep longer than 8 hours. I never like to leave mine in for any more than 5 hours. You might have to get up in the middle of the night to change it.

I don’t wear them at night. I wear overnight pads & put a tampon in soon as I wake up. 
I have to change my tampon often due to being so heavy.
