9 weeks pp, dull ache right near rib cage

I'm having this dull ache pain on the right side near my rib cage which wraps around towards my back where the epidural was. Anybody know what this is? This is the second time I've felt this. It only lingers for a day then it's gone, but when it happens it's so uncomfortable. Could this be a side effect of the epidural? 😞
