Anyone else?

I've been having so much pressure (a slight cramping + pulling feeling) in my lower abdomen all day, watery discharge, as well as spotting brown (old blood) and light pink. I called my doctor to make sure everything is normal, I can't be seen until December 13th, and she says for 6 weeks it sounds normal and like implantation/my body preparing. I had a little bit of red, gooey blood (tmi) a couple hours after i called, and freaked out. My mom says it doesn't look like anything to be alarmed by (she's had 3 kids, and 2 miscarriages). I haven't been having any pain, just pressure that feels really uncomfortable, as if i can literally feel my uterus stretching lol. I'm just a little scared there's something wrong, although everyone's reassuring me I'm fine. Anyone else have anything similar? Now it just looks like this when I wipe.
