Confused and need advise

I took an ovulation test on 21st April. It was positive and very dark in colour. I thought that it was a good sign as having PCOS I never have periods. This was a few weeks after a MC. Now I've still not had a period but all my pregnancy tests are showing neg. I have been trying for a baby but would of expected either a period or pos test by now. I certainly have symptoms the same as my first preg. Any advice would be welcome. Thank you x
