Okay so it’s around 4:30 am in the morning and I’m happily asleep-till I’m woken up but the worst back pain ever. Like holy hell I couldn’t get comfortable in bed again. I went to the bathroom thinking I may have been holding it in for to long. Nope. ‘Tis was my period who is causing my horrendous back pain. Now I hate taking pills of any sort but I couldn’t lay down long cause it was as if I was getting stabbed repeatedly in the same spot. I took an ibuprofen and I’m currently waiting for it to kick in while curled up under blankets and a small heating pad. Has this happened to anyone before??
