Excruciating gas pains???!!!

Sorry this is gross, but I have been in so much pain I am desperate for ideas!
I'm 7w5d and the past week or so I've been having terrible, double over and cry, break a sweat, gas pains! I've never had this in my life. 
Anyone else? What did you do/take to relieve it?

I am finding myself having a lot of gas recently at 23 weeks and have found laying on my left side and allowing it to move has helped a lot.

I know this is an old post but this is me right now. It’s been so awful. It’s waking me up in the middle of the night and I just vomited from the pain. Did you ever find relief??!

Are you positive they are gas pains? May want to check with your doctor just to rule out and other possible causes this early in pregnancy. Hope you feel better!

I have been having terrible gas.  My doctor actually recommended discontinuing my prenatal for a couple days to see if that helped.  She said if it does, try a different brand of prenatal.  She said if it doesn’t, try eliminating dairy products.
The prenatal seems to be my problem.
