Possible Symptoms leading to a BFP??

So today I am officially 9dpo. At about 6/7dpo I had a burning sensation in my lower abdomen for about 5 minutes that led to a sharp cramp that lasted maybe a few seconds, a pulling sensation on my Left side that lasted a few minutes then it turned into a burning cramp. I have had tender breasts and nipples but nothing extremely bad. I haven’t really had any symptoms since then except a few mild/dull aches/cramps here and there. Yesterday I noticed how bad my gas was getting and it actually got so bad that after I ate yesterday morning, I immediately got a stomachs ache that felt like a big gas

Ovary and uterus would be is tender to touch and when I move it’s like a pinching pain. I’m extremely constipated and completely exhausted. I have also had an increase in cm over the last three days. Anyone had similar symptoms and it led to a BFP? Thanks in advance! Baby dust!! 💗✨🤞🏼
