Need advice

My current fiancé who I’ve been with for many years now has an ex girlfriend from high school who was very crazy and obsessed with him when we first got together. She would do ANYTHING to see and or speak to him. She even showed up at his house once when I️ was there. And i still some times find myself comparing myself to her Instagram pictures and make myself think that she is better than me and that he is going to want her and not me. She texts me randomly too about guys she’s been dating and for advice on hair (cause I’m good with hair). How can i stop this feeling :(
