I got pregnant with my twins on fertility drugs, but found out later that I carry the twin gene. But I'm seeing that twins are becoming super common among women with fertility issues. So there really isn't a definite way to get twins.

Fertility drugs help or IVF can help but besides that I think it's just chance and if you have the genetics for it.
