Im freaking out 😭😢😢😢

good day everyone im darleen laquio from philippines i have a question today i am 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant and iv been 6 days spotting light brown thru my pantyliner...is it normal??

with my history: i got married last june 2017 and my last menstrual period was on june 22 2017 when i tracked my next cycle on july 24 it missed for 7 days and preg test negative on the 8th day its Positive .. .then i experienced a light pink spots last august 13 for 2 weeks and had my transvaginal result gestational sac was only 6 weeks old with no fatal pole then OB prescibe a duphaston TID and be back after 2 weeks but i came back to clinic 1 week after bcoz spotting became bleeding then i had tvs again and turns 5 weeks and 4 days old ob said it needs to be expel out on my tummy and she gave me methergin then sept 1st had my dilation and curettage .. . then my last mens period was kn october 15 ... .thanks
