For the past week my 6 month old has only been having 16-20oz a day of Breast milk if that. I feel so bad. We’re out of state at the moment and are super busy and I barely pump, I Breast feed if I can but I pump like 12 oz if that most days since I’ve been here. His fontanelle isn’t sunken in and his temper seems fine. He’s happy, smiley, trying to crawl every chance he gets. I feel like a terrible mom to throw our routine away like that. How do I get back on track and increase my supply as quickly as I can?
